Trench Fanatic Gun Miniature Cultist Hooded Gunner
About this miniature
Made from high-quality resin.
Sporting a couple of grenades around their waist, the Fanatic Gun Miniature by Onmioji from We Print Miniatures is clearly someone who believes in being prepared for any eventuality. With a pistol in one hand and enough explosives to make a statement, this weary but dangerous figure looks ready to enforce a little peace and quiet the hard way. The sculpt captures that perfect balance between exhaustion and menace, as if this battle-worn fanatic has seen too many fights but still keeps their finger on the trigger just in case. The detailing is superb, from the heavy folds of the clothing to the carefully sculpted weapons and ammunition belt, all hinting at a story of survival and stubborn resilience. True to Onmioji’s original design, this fantasy miniature is available in 28mm, 32mm, 35mm, 55mm, and 75mm scales, making it a versatile choice for Dungeons and Dragons or any tabletop campaign that values grit, humour, and firepower in equal measure.
this fanatic is posed in a forward-leaning firing stance, aiming a compact automatic firearm two-handed while wearing a long trench coat/cloak. The distinctive riveted cone hood/helmet adds strong cultist and grimdark trench-warfare vibes, while the belt kit and pouches reinforce a veteran gunner look. The clustered grenades at the hips read clearly on the model, making it an excellent centerpiece for skirmish games, Trench Crusade forces, or as a dangerous NPC enforcer in roleplay encounters.
This is a resin miniature (high-detail resin miniatures are ideal for crisp folds, straps, and weapons), ready for hobby prep, priming, and painting. Add it to your warband as a cultist gunner, trench raider, or fanatic soldier who looks like they have seen it all—then kept firing anyway.

How we size our miniatures
We measure every mini from foot to eyeline, assuming a 6 ft male, so the millimetre is the eyeline, not the top of the helmet. Females, monsters, and smaller folk scale up or down so they don't look silly standing next to a standard human.
The standard for games like D&D and many roleplay games as well as older versions of Grimdark Battlefields.
Many games use this size as it provides more detail for painting and to fit with modern game systems like Grimdark Wargames and skirmish games. Also used for 28mm Monsters to give them even more threat.
When you need a bit more threat a 35mm mini in a 32 or 28mm game can add real weight to an encounter. Great for painting to maximise detail for the tabletop
Built for shelf display, busts and showcase paint jobs. Maximum surface area for blending, framing and competition-grade detail.

Questions we get asked
A LOT
We dispatch orders five days a week. Everything is printed to order, so bigger orders take longer to print and pass quality checks. Our average dispatch time is 4 days, and very large orders can take up to 20 days. You can contact us at any time to check on your order. If a UK order is taking longer than usual, we can usually send part of it first: just ask!
No! All our miniatures are dispatched washed and cured, so they arrive as a clean base to prime and paint. No waiting, just miniatures ready to use.
Most orders are dispatched within 4 days. Royal Mail usually delivers in 2 to 3 days in the UK and 7 to 16 days to the rest of the world. Busy periods and Christmas can add a few days.
Our miniatures are made from light-reactive resin. It's all very cutting-edge science (or witchcraft, we aren't too sure).
Our resin is designed to flex rather than snap, which helps prevent breakages in the post. Now and then a thin part like a sword, staff or gun barrel arrives slightly bent. This is normal and easy to fix.
Warm water: dip the bent part in water at 40 to 50°C for 10 seconds, then hang the miniature upside down with the part pointing at the floor so gravity straightens it. Let it cool fully before you turn it upright. Still bent? Dip it again for 20 seconds; thicker parts take a little longer.
Never use a radiator, microwave or oven. If you're unsure, just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

A slight sheen on some areas is completely normal for cured resin and does not affect the model. It can show where supports were removed or where the surface cured a little differently during printing.
If you'd like a uniform finish, a quick scuff with fine sandpaper followed by your usual primer gives an even, matt surface ready to paint.
