Trench Exhausted 5 Miniature Weary Sword-Bearer Hero
About this miniature
Made from high-quality resin. After a busy day at the office, the Exhausted 5 Miniature by Onmioji from We Print Miniatures looks ready to collapse in a heap, perfectly capturing the spirit of someone who’s given their all and then some. This wonderfully expressive model depicts a weary warrior taking a well-deserved breather before the next campaign begins. The sculpt tells a story in its pose alone, the slumped shoulders and relaxed grip suggesting both relief and fatigue. It’s a refreshing change of pace from the usual battle-ready stances, offering a touch of humanity and humour that brings depth to any tabletop collection. The fine detailing on the armour, clothing, and facial expression gives painters plenty of opportunity to experiment with shading, wear, and personality. Staying true to Onmioji’s original design, this fantasy miniature is available in 28mm, 32mm, 35mm, 55mm, and 75mm scales, making it a perfect choice for Dungeons and Dragons or any campaign that values character and storytelling as much as combat.
this exhausted fighter is braced against an oversized greatsword like a makeshift support, with a ragged cloak or hood draped over his head and shoulders, bare feet planted wide as if he’s fighting to stay upright. Small trinkets and talismans hang from the sword, adding grim, devotional detail that fits trench-war fantasy and cultist-themed forces. This miniature is ideal as a narrative objective marker, a battle-worn survivor, a fatigued crusader, or a dramatic NPC who’s seen too much and needs a moment before the next push.
Printed as a high-detail resin miniature (or resin miniatures in multi-model collections), it’s a standout painting project for weathering, mud, worn cloth, and battered steel. Use it for Trench Crusade-themed warbands, RPG encounters, or any dark fantasy tabletop needing a characterful, story-first pose.

How we size our miniatures
We measure every mini from foot to eyeline, assuming a 6 ft male, so the millimetre is the eyeline, not the top of the helmet. Females, monsters, and smaller folk scale up or down so they don't look silly standing next to a standard human.
The standard for games like D&D and many roleplay games as well as older versions of Grimdark Battlefields.
Many games use this size as it provides more detail for painting and to fit with modern game systems like Grimdark Wargames and skirmish games. Also used for 28mm Monsters to give them even more threat.
When you need a bit more threat a 35mm mini in a 32 or 28mm game can add real weight to an encounter. Great for painting to maximise detail for the tabletop
Built for shelf display, busts and showcase paint jobs. Maximum surface area for blending, framing and competition-grade detail.

Questions we get asked
A LOT
We dispatch orders five days a week. Everything is printed to order, so bigger orders take longer to print and pass quality checks. Our average dispatch time is 4 days, and very large orders can take up to 20 days. You can contact us at any time to check on your order. If a UK order is taking longer than usual, we can usually send part of it first: just ask!
No! All our miniatures are dispatched washed and cured, so they arrive as a clean base to prime and paint. No waiting, just miniatures ready to use.
Most orders are dispatched within 4 days. Royal Mail usually delivers in 2 to 3 days in the UK and 7 to 16 days to the rest of the world. Busy periods and Christmas can add a few days.
Our miniatures are made from light-reactive resin. It's all very cutting-edge science (or witchcraft, we aren't too sure).
Our resin is designed to flex rather than snap, which helps prevent breakages in the post. Now and then a thin part like a sword, staff or gun barrel arrives slightly bent. This is normal and easy to fix.
Warm water: dip the bent part in water at 40 to 50°C for 10 seconds, then hang the miniature upside down with the part pointing at the floor so gravity straightens it. Let it cool fully before you turn it upright. Still bent? Dip it again for 20 seconds; thicker parts take a little longer.
Never use a radiator, microwave or oven. If you're unsure, just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

A slight sheen on some areas is completely normal for cured resin and does not affect the model. It can show where supports were removed or where the surface cured a little differently during printing.
If you'd like a uniform finish, a quick scuff with fine sandpaper followed by your usual primer gives an even, matt surface ready to paint.
