River Patrol 06 Miniature Armored Musket Guard
About this miniature
Made from high-quality resin. Thundering along at the fastest pace they can manage, River Patrol Monopose 06 Miniature by Vae Victis from We Print Miniatures is a dynamic figure full of motion and purpose. With armour catching the light and a weapon raised mid-charge, this character feels alive with energy and ready for action. The finely crafted details across the armour, helm, and weaponry make it an excellent choice for painters who enjoy bringing motion to life on the tabletop.
Whether used as a frontline enforcer, a riverlands scout, or a loyal guard with orders to hold the line, this fantasy miniature adds momentum and drama to any encounter. Perfect for hobbyists who love to show off their work, River Patrol Monopose 06 is a great display piece as well as a battlefield asset.
Image notes: the model is a heavily armored patrolman in a forward-striding pose, wearing a crested helm and layered plate, bracing a long firearm-style weapon (musket/arquebus look) while gripping a secondary handle/gear—ideal for river watch, city guard, or militia units in Dungeons & Dragons and other fantasy tabletop games.
This is a resin miniature (also available as part of our range of resin miniatures) made for crisp surface detail on armor plates, straps, and equipment, making it rewarding to prime, paint, and highlight. True to Vae Victis’s original design, this model is available in 28mm, 32mm, 35mm, and 55mm scales, ideal for Dungeons & Dragons or other fantasy tabletop games.

How we size our miniatures
We measure every mini from foot to eyeline, assuming a 6 ft male, so the millimetre is the eyeline, not the top of the helmet. Females, monsters, and smaller folk scale up or down so they don't look silly standing next to a standard human.
The standard for games like D&D and many roleplay games as well as older versions of Grimdark Battlefields.
Many games use this size as it provides more detail for painting and to fit with modern game systems like Grimdark Wargames and skirmish games. Also used for 28mm Monsters to give them even more threat.
When you need a bit more threat a 35mm mini in a 32 or 28mm game can add real weight to an encounter. Great for painting to maximise detail for the tabletop
Built for shelf display, busts and showcase paint jobs. Maximum surface area for blending, framing and competition-grade detail.

Questions we get asked
A LOT
We dispatch orders five days a week. Everything is printed to order, so bigger orders take longer to print and pass quality checks. Our average dispatch time is 4 days, and very large orders can take up to 20 days. You can contact us at any time to check on your order. If a UK order is taking longer than usual, we can usually send part of it first: just ask!
No! All our miniatures are dispatched washed and cured, so they arrive as a clean base to prime and paint. No waiting, just miniatures ready to use.
Most orders are dispatched within 4 days. Royal Mail usually delivers in 2 to 3 days in the UK and 7 to 16 days to the rest of the world. Busy periods and Christmas can add a few days.
Our miniatures are made from light-reactive resin. It's all very cutting-edge science (or witchcraft, we aren't too sure).
Our resin is designed to flex rather than snap, which helps prevent breakages in the post. Now and then a thin part like a sword, staff or gun barrel arrives slightly bent. This is normal and easy to fix.
Warm water: dip the bent part in water at 40 to 50°C for 10 seconds, then hang the miniature upside down with the part pointing at the floor so gravity straightens it. Let it cool fully before you turn it upright. Still bent? Dip it again for 20 seconds; thicker parts take a little longer.
Never use a radiator, microwave or oven. If you're unsure, just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

A slight sheen on some areas is completely normal for cured resin and does not affect the model. It can show where supports were removed or where the surface cured a little differently during printing.
If you'd like a uniform finish, a quick scuff with fine sandpaper followed by your usual primer gives an even, matt surface ready to paint.
