Reno Cyberpunk Miniature Retro Trenchcoat Sci-Fi Character
About this miniature
Made from high-quality resin. Introducing Reno Cyberpunk Miniature by Unit9 from We Print Miniatures, a character who’s questioning the design choices behind their outfit. With a look that harks back to World War 2, Reno’s baggy pants and oversized pockets seem more suited for stashing ancient maps than modern tech. However, the extra storage space does come in handy - there’s plenty of room for a mobile phone and even the latest iPad. Ideal for players who enjoy characters with a retro twist blended with futuristic flair, Reno adds a quirky, practical edge to any sci-fi skirmish.
From the sculpt, Reno reads as a street-level cyberpunk type in a long, buttoned trenchcoat with chunky pocket panels, a utility belt, and a relaxed, one-hand-forward walking pose that works perfectly for an NPC, civilian, fixer, or undercover operative. The subtle cyber styling and clean clothing folds make this a great “everyday” sci-fi model that still stands out on the table.
Sculpted in 28mm, 32mm, 35mm and 55mm scales, this sci-fi miniature fits seamlessly into games like Starfinder, offering a unique blend of old-world military style and modern utility. The detailed sculpt captures the character’s distinctive outfit and functional pockets, making it an engaging piece for painters who love combining historical and cyberpunk aesthetics. Faithful to Unit9’s original vision, this miniature remains unaltered, ensuring authenticity and quality. Add Reno to your collection for a character that mixes past and present in an unexpected way.
This listing is for a resin miniature (or resin miniatures depending on selection), ideal for tabletop gaming, kitbashing inspiration, and painter-friendly display work.

How we size our miniatures
We measure every mini from foot to eyeline, assuming a 6 ft male, so the millimetre is the eyeline, not the top of the helmet. Females, monsters, and smaller folk scale up or down so they don't look silly standing next to a standard human.
The standard for games like D&D and many roleplay games as well as older versions of Grimdark Battlefields.
Many games use this size as it provides more detail for painting and to fit with modern game systems like Grimdark Wargames and skirmish games. Also used for 28mm Monsters to give them even more threat.
When you need a bit more threat a 35mm mini in a 32 or 28mm game can add real weight to an encounter. Great for painting to maximise detail for the tabletop
Built for shelf display, busts and showcase paint jobs. Maximum surface area for blending, framing and competition-grade detail.

Questions we get asked
A LOT
We dispatch orders five days a week. Everything is printed to order, so bigger orders take longer to print and pass quality checks. Our average dispatch time is 4 days, and very large orders can take up to 20 days. You can contact us at any time to check on your order. If a UK order is taking longer than usual, we can usually send part of it first: just ask!
No! All our miniatures are dispatched washed and cured, so they arrive as a clean base to prime and paint. No waiting, just miniatures ready to use.
Most orders are dispatched within 4 days. Royal Mail usually delivers in 2 to 3 days in the UK and 7 to 16 days to the rest of the world. Busy periods and Christmas can add a few days.
Our miniatures are made from light-reactive resin. It's all very cutting-edge science (or witchcraft, we aren't too sure).
Our resin is designed to flex rather than snap, which helps prevent breakages in the post. Now and then a thin part like a sword, staff or gun barrel arrives slightly bent. This is normal and easy to fix.
Warm water: dip the bent part in water at 40 to 50°C for 10 seconds, then hang the miniature upside down with the part pointing at the floor so gravity straightens it. Let it cool fully before you turn it upright. Still bent? Dip it again for 20 seconds; thicker parts take a little longer.
Never use a radiator, microwave or oven. If you're unsure, just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

A slight sheen on some areas is completely normal for cured resin and does not affect the model. It can show where supports were removed or where the surface cured a little differently during printing.
If you'd like a uniform finish, a quick scuff with fine sandpaper followed by your usual primer gives an even, matt surface ready to paint.
