Pug Adventurer Miniature Sleepy Humorous Fantasy RPG
About this miniature
Made from high-quality resin. Rubbing the sleep from its eyes, Pug Adventurer Miniature by Cross Lances from We Print Miniatures looks a little unprepared for the day - mostly because it seems our doggy pal has forgotten to put his pants on! We're not quite sure if we should point it out, though, as a mention of it might earn us a quick nip on the backside from this grumpy adventurer. Perfect for games of Dungeons and Dragons.
This delightful miniature is provided in 28mm, 32mm, 35mm and 55mm scales, staying true to Cross Lances' original design without any alterations. Whether you're adding some lighthearted fun to your D&D campaign or simply expanding your collection, Pug Adventurer brings humour and charm to any game board. With its sleepy expression and quirky details, this figure is sure to be a fan-favourite, offering both character and a bit of whimsy to your fantasy adventures!
From the sculpt details shown, this pug hero stands upright in adventurer attire with a cap, jacket, and sturdy boots, holding a paw to its face in a drowsy, just-woke-up pose—ideal for comedic tavern scenes, town encounters, or as a memorable NPC companion. The bold facial folds and outfit texture make it especially satisfying to paint for display or play.
Each model is a resin miniature (and part of our range of resin miniatures) made for tabletop roleplaying, skirmish campaigns, and collectors who want a humorous animal character with real personality. Use Pug Adventurer as a quirky hero, sidekick, familiar-like companion, or a whimsical objective marker in fantasy gaming.

How we size our miniatures
We measure every mini from foot to eyeline, assuming a 6 ft male, so the millimetre is the eyeline, not the top of the helmet. Females, monsters, and smaller folk scale up or down so they don't look silly standing next to a standard human.
The standard for games like D&D and many roleplay games as well as older versions of Grimdark Battlefields.
Many games use this size as it provides more detail for painting and to fit with modern game systems like Grimdark Wargames and skirmish games. Also used for 28mm Monsters to give them even more threat.
When you need a bit more threat a 35mm mini in a 32 or 28mm game can add real weight to an encounter. Great for painting to maximise detail for the tabletop
Built for shelf display, busts and showcase paint jobs. Maximum surface area for blending, framing and competition-grade detail.

Questions we get asked
A LOT
We dispatch orders five days a week. Everything is printed to order, so bigger orders take longer to print and pass quality checks. Our average dispatch time is 4 days, and very large orders can take up to 20 days. You can contact us at any time to check on your order. If a UK order is taking longer than usual, we can usually send part of it first: just ask!
No! All our miniatures are dispatched washed and cured, so they arrive as a clean base to prime and paint. No waiting, just miniatures ready to use.
Most orders are dispatched within 4 days. Royal Mail usually delivers in 2 to 3 days in the UK and 7 to 16 days to the rest of the world. Busy periods and Christmas can add a few days.
Our miniatures are made from light-reactive resin. It's all very cutting-edge science (or witchcraft, we aren't too sure).
Our resin is designed to flex rather than snap, which helps prevent breakages in the post. Now and then a thin part like a sword, staff or gun barrel arrives slightly bent. This is normal and easy to fix.
Warm water: dip the bent part in water at 40 to 50°C for 10 seconds, then hang the miniature upside down with the part pointing at the floor so gravity straightens it. Let it cool fully before you turn it upright. Still bent? Dip it again for 20 seconds; thicker parts take a little longer.
Never use a radiator, microwave or oven. If you're unsure, just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

A slight sheen on some areas is completely normal for cured resin and does not affect the model. It can show where supports were removed or where the surface cured a little differently during printing.
If you'd like a uniform finish, a quick scuff with fine sandpaper followed by your usual primer gives an even, matt surface ready to paint.
