Maleagant Miniature Armored Scythe Knight Villain
About this miniature
Made from high-quality resin.
Lots of challenging detail to bring to life in the Maleagant Miniature by Haito from We Print Miniatures, making it a rewarding project for painters and collectors alike. With imposing spiked headgear and a deadly scythe that looks ready to reap more than crops, Maleagant is built to leave an impression on the battlefield. His unique spiked shield adds both defence and intimidation, making this fantasy miniature an ideal frontline force or ominous lone warrior in any tabletop setting.
Whether you’re crafting a sinister villain for your Dungeons & Dragons campaign or just love painting intricate models, Maleagant delivers dramatic flair and intricate textures throughout. From the jagged armour details to the flowing cloth elements, every part of this miniature demands attention and creativity.
Maleagant reads as an undead or death-knight style warrior: a skull-faced helm beneath jagged, horned/spiked crown details, heavy layered plate armor, and an ornate, curved reaper-scythe held upright in a commanding pose. The towering shield is covered in spikes and sculpted faces, giving the model a brutal, intimidating silhouette that fits dark fantasy encounters, boss fights, or elite guard units.
True to Haito’s original design, Maleagant is available in 28mm, 32mm, 35mm, 55mm, and 75mm scales. A bold addition to any fantasy miniature collection or gaming table.
This is a premium resin miniature (resin miniatures are ideal for capturing crisp edges, deep recesses, and fine surface textures), making it well-suited for advanced painting techniques like washes, drybrushing, and edge highlights on the armor, weapon, and shield details.

How we size our miniatures
We measure every mini from foot to eyeline, assuming a 6 ft male, so the millimetre is the eyeline, not the top of the helmet. Females, monsters, and smaller folk scale up or down so they don't look silly standing next to a standard human.
The standard for games like D&D and many roleplay games as well as older versions of Grimdark Battlefields.
Many games use this size as it provides more detail for painting and to fit with modern game systems like Grimdark Wargames and skirmish games. Also used for 28mm Monsters to give them even more threat.
When you need a bit more threat a 35mm mini in a 32 or 28mm game can add real weight to an encounter. Great for painting to maximise detail for the tabletop
Built for shelf display, busts and showcase paint jobs. Maximum surface area for blending, framing and competition-grade detail.

Questions we get asked
A LOT
We dispatch orders five days a week. Everything is printed to order, so bigger orders take longer to print and pass quality checks. Our average dispatch time is 4 days, and very large orders can take up to 20 days. You can contact us at any time to check on your order. If a UK order is taking longer than usual, we can usually send part of it first: just ask!
No! All our miniatures are dispatched washed and cured, so they arrive as a clean base to prime and paint. No waiting, just miniatures ready to use.
Most orders are dispatched within 4 days. Royal Mail usually delivers in 2 to 3 days in the UK and 7 to 16 days to the rest of the world. Busy periods and Christmas can add a few days.
Our miniatures are made from light-reactive resin. It's all very cutting-edge science (or witchcraft, we aren't too sure).
Our resin is designed to flex rather than snap, which helps prevent breakages in the post. Now and then a thin part like a sword, staff or gun barrel arrives slightly bent. This is normal and easy to fix.
Warm water: dip the bent part in water at 40 to 50°C for 10 seconds, then hang the miniature upside down with the part pointing at the floor so gravity straightens it. Let it cool fully before you turn it upright. Still bent? Dip it again for 20 seconds; thicker parts take a little longer.
Never use a radiator, microwave or oven. If you're unsure, just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

A slight sheen on some areas is completely normal for cured resin and does not affect the model. It can show where supports were removed or where the surface cured a little differently during printing.
If you'd like a uniform finish, a quick scuff with fine sandpaper followed by your usual primer gives an even, matt surface ready to paint.
