Interesting selection of figures which paint up well
I usually ignore ads which pop up on my phone, but the one for We Print Miniatures' mystery box caught my eye. I'm glad it did!

This was my first experience with 3D p... view morerinted miniatures. I have heard stories of scan lines being a problem, but for these figures, this wasn't an issue at all. The three figures were all very clean and required minimal preparation, and feature lots of sharp detail.

My random selection included a Blood Bowl-style figure, a cyberpunk warrior with a buzz-saw arm, and a fantasy sword maiden. This gave me an opportunity to flex my painting skills on some figures I may not normally have bought (and a nice change from my current 15mm WW2 project).

At 32mm, they are larger than many other figures on the market, so for those looking to use them in gaming, be careful they are compatible with any other figures in your collection. They would be good for use in skirmish games, as an RPG character or, like me, for the fun of painting them up. If that matches your requirements, I would definitely recommend them.

I would consider getting more figures by this company, whether another mystery box or actually choosing specific miniatures I find appealing. view less
