Democracy Troopers A9 Helljumper Captain Miniature Sci-Fi Leader
About this miniature
Made from high-quality resin. Leading troops into battle and possible death, the Democracy Troopers A9 Helljumper Captain Miniature by Papsikels from We Print Miniatures commands both respect and fear. This bold and battle-hardened leader is clearly no stranger to the chaos of war, guiding his unit forward with a mix of tactical skill and sheer force of will. The sculpt captures the essence of leadership under fire, with a strong, confident stance and an expression that conveys determination even in the face of overwhelming odds. Every detail, from the carefully designed armour to the insignia that marks his rank, reflects Papsikels’ trademark attention to realism and storytelling. Though his mind is on victory, he might also be quietly hoping for that long-promised promotion once the dust settles. True to Papsikels’ original design, this model is available in 28mm, 32mm, 35mm, 55mm, and 75mm scales, making it ideal for wargaming or any action-packed sci-fi tabletop wargame. the Captain is depicted in heavy futuristic armor with a full helmet, a flowing cape/cloth element, and a prominent backpack/field rig. He’s aiming a compact sci-fi sidearm or pistol in a ready-to-engage pose, making him a perfect command figure for drop troops, shock infantry, or an elite boarding team. Use this resin miniature as a squad leader, objective holder, or scenario protagonist in grimdark and military sci-fi campaigns; it also works as a centerpiece for painting projects thanks to the crisp panel lines, layered plating, and tactical pouches. Whether you’re building an army for Future War 3000 or expanding a Democracy-themed force, these resin miniatures are built to stand out on the tabletop.

How we size our miniatures
We measure every mini from foot to eyeline, assuming a 6 ft male, so the millimetre is the eyeline, not the top of the helmet. Females, monsters, and smaller folk scale up or down so they don't look silly standing next to a standard human.
The standard for games like D&D and many roleplay games as well as older versions of Grimdark Battlefields.
Many games use this size as it provides more detail for painting and to fit with modern game systems like Grimdark Wargames and skirmish games. Also used for 28mm Monsters to give them even more threat.
When you need a bit more threat a 35mm mini in a 32 or 28mm game can add real weight to an encounter. Great for painting to maximise detail for the tabletop
Built for shelf display, busts and showcase paint jobs. Maximum surface area for blending, framing and competition-grade detail.

Questions we get asked
A LOT
We dispatch orders five days a week. Everything is printed to order, so bigger orders take longer to print and pass quality checks. Our average dispatch time is 4 days, and very large orders can take up to 20 days. You can contact us at any time to check on your order. If a UK order is taking longer than usual, we can usually send part of it first: just ask!
No! All our miniatures are dispatched washed and cured, so they arrive as a clean base to prime and paint. No waiting, just miniatures ready to use.
Most orders are dispatched within 4 days. Royal Mail usually delivers in 2 to 3 days in the UK and 7 to 16 days to the rest of the world. Busy periods and Christmas can add a few days.
Our miniatures are made from light-reactive resin. It's all very cutting-edge science (or witchcraft, we aren't too sure).
Our resin is designed to flex rather than snap, which helps prevent breakages in the post. Now and then a thin part like a sword, staff or gun barrel arrives slightly bent. This is normal and easy to fix.
Warm water: dip the bent part in water at 40 to 50°C for 10 seconds, then hang the miniature upside down with the part pointing at the floor so gravity straightens it. Let it cool fully before you turn it upright. Still bent? Dip it again for 20 seconds; thicker parts take a little longer.
Never use a radiator, microwave or oven. If you're unsure, just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

A slight sheen on some areas is completely normal for cured resin and does not affect the model. It can show where supports were removed or where the surface cured a little differently during printing.
If you'd like a uniform finish, a quick scuff with fine sandpaper followed by your usual primer gives an even, matt surface ready to paint.
