Cute Child Fantasy Miniature Creepy Doll NPC
About this miniature
Made from high-quality resin. Two faces share one sculpt: a child in a long dress and flowing hair holds a stitched, button-eyed doll tight, and the contrast between the child's innocent expression and the doll's hollow, sinister gaze is the entire painting opportunity. Cute Child Fantasy Miniature Creepy Doll NPC, sculpted by Vae Victis, rewards anyone who wants to work two opposing palettes on a single figure. The child's dress and hair offer broad, smooth surfaces where soft, warm tones and careful blending reward patience. The doll itself is a miniature study in unease: stitched seams, recessed button eyes, and a tiny outfit with its own texture breaks give you a canvas for cold, desaturated hues or grimy washes. Placing those two colour stories side by side is what makes this resin miniature compelling on the desk as much as on the tabletop RPG table. Printed in the UK to order, each copy is produced in high-resolution resin. The sculpt is faithful to Vae Victis's original design with no alterations.
Painting surfaces: smooth dress fabric for blending, fine hair strands for drybrushing, recessed folds throughout
Button eyes and stitched seams on the doll respond well to fine-point detail work and spot washes
Hard edges on the doll's limbs contrast with the soft curves of the child for layered highlight practice
Available in 28mm, 32mm, 35mm, 55mm, and 75mm scales to suit your preferred painting size or display context
Ready to prime and paint straight from the bag; suits Dungeons and Dragons campaigns, horror fantasy encounters, or collector display

How we size our miniatures
We measure every mini from foot to eyeline, assuming a 6 ft male, so the millimetre is the eyeline, not the top of the helmet. Females, monsters, and smaller folk scale up or down so they don't look silly standing next to a standard human.
The standard for games like D&D and many roleplay games as well as older versions of Grimdark Battlefields.
Many games use this size as it provides more detail for painting and to fit with modern game systems like Grimdark Wargames and skirmish games. Also used for 28mm Monsters to give them even more threat.
When you need a bit more threat a 35mm mini in a 32 or 28mm game can add real weight to an encounter. Great for painting to maximise detail for the tabletop
Built for shelf display, busts and showcase paint jobs. Maximum surface area for blending, framing and competition-grade detail.

Questions we get asked
A LOT
We dispatch orders five days a week. Everything is printed to order, so bigger orders take longer to print and pass quality checks. Our average dispatch time is 4 days, and very large orders can take up to 20 days. You can contact us at any time to check on your order. If a UK order is taking longer than usual, we can usually send part of it first: just ask!
No! All our miniatures are dispatched washed and cured, so they arrive as a clean base to prime and paint. No waiting, just miniatures ready to use.
Most orders are dispatched within 4 days. Royal Mail usually delivers in 2 to 3 days in the UK and 7 to 16 days to the rest of the world. Busy periods and Christmas can add a few days.
Our miniatures are made from light-reactive resin. It's all very cutting-edge science (or witchcraft, we aren't too sure).
Our resin is designed to flex rather than snap, which helps prevent breakages in the post. Now and then a thin part like a sword, staff or gun barrel arrives slightly bent. This is normal and easy to fix.
Warm water: dip the bent part in water at 40 to 50°C for 10 seconds, then hang the miniature upside down with the part pointing at the floor so gravity straightens it. Let it cool fully before you turn it upright. Still bent? Dip it again for 20 seconds; thicker parts take a little longer.
Never use a radiator, microwave or oven. If you're unsure, just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

A slight sheen on some areas is completely normal for cured resin and does not affect the model. It can show where supports were removed or where the surface cured a little differently during printing.
If you'd like a uniform finish, a quick scuff with fine sandpaper followed by your usual primer gives an even, matt surface ready to paint.
