How Royal Mail is delivering your orders
We print and pack every order ourselves, then hand it to Royal Mail. We are not Royal Mail. Once a parcel is with them, we have no control over how quickly it reaches you.
We publish these figures every Monday so you can see how Royal Mail is performing on the parcels we send. In our opinion, Royal Mail's service levels have been getting worse since July 2026.

Share of parcels that failed to arrive in reasonable time over the last 12 weeks, worst first. Areas without enough parcels to read are left out.
On target means delivered within Royal Mail's own aim: 1 working day for Royal Mail 24, 2 working days for Royal Mail 48. Working days are Monday to Friday. Both are untracked services, so "no delivery confirmation" means Royal Mail never confirmed delivery, not necessarily that the parcel was lost.
Overseas parcels are tracked. On target means delivered within Royal Mail's International Tracked aim: 5 working days to the EU, 7 working days to the USA, Canada and Australia.
If your delivery has been affected
If an order has taken too long to reach you, we'd encourage you to raise it with the people who can change things:
- Your MP. Find your MP and tell them about your experience.
- Ofcom, the postal regulator. Ofcom's Royal Mail complaints page explains how to complain to Royal Mail and how to take it further.
If your order still hasn't arrived, get in touch with us and we'll help.
