We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you're not, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving it.

To start a return or refund, contact us at support@weprintminiatures.com with your order number and tell us which items are affected. Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can confirm whether a return is needed and give you the correct address.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or is not the item you ordered, we will replace or refund it as a priority. Where the fault is ours you will never be out of pocket: if we need the item back, we will pay for the return.

Returns where we are not at fault

Where the reason for the return is not our fault — for example you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the miniature — we reserve the right to ask you to return the item to us before we issue a refund. Where we ask for a return in these circumstances, the cost of returning the item is yours.

Returned items should be sent back in the condition they arrived in. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and condition of the item.

Miniature sizes

Our sizes follow the miniature industry standard: a miniature is measured from the base of the foot to the eyes, and the size in millimetres is the height a 6ft adult male stands at that size. Sizes exclude the base.

This means characters who are not 6ft are sculpted in proportion to that standard: a 32mm dwarf or halfling measures less than 32mm foot-to-eye, and a 32mm ogre or mounted figure measures more. That is intended and correct — the number describes the size of the range, not the height of every sculpt in it.

Every miniature is measured against its stated size before it leaves us, and we keep that measurement on file against your order. If you believe the size is wrong, contact us and we will send you the measurement record for the item you received. Where that record shows the miniature matches its stated size, the item is as described, and any return will be handled as a return for which we are not at fault under the section above — including return at your cost.

Your legal rights

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, and to a refund. Where you cancel for a reason that is not our fault, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. The 30-day period offered above is in addition to that right and does not replace it.

You also have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Nothing in this policy limits or affects those rights.
