Informativa sui rimborsi

We want you to love every miniature you get from us. If you don't, we'll put it right. No quibbles.

The Love Us Guarantee

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, tell us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll give you a full refund or a free reprint, whichever you prefer.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, we'll reprint or refund it as a priority. You don't need to send it back, and it costs you nothing.

Wrong size or changed your mind

If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind or simply don't like it, we'll refund it in full or reprint it in the size you want. We just ask you to send it back first, with return postage paid by you, so we can see what went wrong and learn from it. Please contact us before sending anything so we can confirm the return.

How to claim

Email support@weprintminiatures.com with your order number and the items you're not happy with. A photo of any fault helps. We'll reply within 48 hours. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we've received the item (straight away for faulty items), and usually show within 5 to 10 working days.

Miniature sizes

Our sizes follow the industry standard: a miniature is measured from the base of the foot to the eyes, and the size is the height a 6ft adult would stand at that scale. Characters who aren't 6ft, such as dwarves, halflings and ogres, are sculpted in proportion, so they measure shorter or taller than the headline size. If you'd prefer a different size, send it back under the guarantee above.

Your legal rights

If you're a consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. You also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. The Love Us Guarantee is in addition to these rights and doesn't limit them.
