When can I spend my points?
As soon as your order is paid. The points land straight away, so you can use them on your very next order.
Do my points expire?
Only after two years with no activity. We email you a reminder 30 days and 7 days before, so nothing slips away.
What counts towards Silver and Gold?
Everything you pay us in a calendar year, VAT and postage included. Reach a tier and you keep it until the end of next year.
What happens if I return an order?
A refund takes back the points that order earned. Everything else on your account stays exactly as it was.
Do I need to leave a good review?
No. Every review earns the same 50 points, whatever star rating you give. We want your honest opinion.
How are competition prizes paid?
As points on your account, so £100 in points is 10,000 points. Physical prizes are still posted out to you.
What if I cancel my subscription?
You drop back to the tier your spending has earned, not to Bronze. Resume a paused box and Diamond comes straight back.

Sign in and open Points from your account menu. You'll see your balance, your tier, your vouchers and your quests.
