What are the Zones of Regulation?
These handy keychains use four colours to help children share how they feel:
- 🟢 Green – happy, calm, ready to learn.
- 🟡 Yellow – worried, stressed, or fidgety.
- 🔵 Blue – sad, tired, or low energy.
- 🔴 Red – angry, upset, or overwhelmed.
