We want you to be happy with your order from We Print Miniatures. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, just get in touch with us and we’ll arrange a refund.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund.

We may ask you to return the miniatures to us so we can inspect them before your refund is processed.

Once approved, refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a 5-10 days for the refund to appear depending on your bank
